                <h4> Terms and Conditions</h4>
                <p>Staffing Backbone is provied as a licensed service to:</p>
                <ul class="sbb-bullets">
                  <li>Staffing Agencies</li>
                  <li>Personnel Services</li>
                  <li>Individual Recruiters</li>
                  <li>Employers of record placing their personnel on various assignments or special projects.</li>
                </ul>
                <p>Licensees (referred to as Agencies) are authorized to allow their candidates/employees and client companies access to shared Staffing Backbone resources at no cost with no limit to the number of candidates or client contacts.</p>
                <p>Each Staffing Backbone license entitles one individual access to all resources and features. Agencies with multiple Staffing Backbone users are required to maintain individual licenses for each user. A single Staffing Backbone license may not be shared by multiple agency personnel for concurrent use. A single license may be shared by multiple agency personnel provided that they do not attempt concurrent use of Staffing Backbone services.</p>
                <p>Unless otherwise negotiated, you will be billed $150.00 (USD) per month per licensed user per month. Billing will be generated monthly on the anniversary date (day of the month) of the first license creation. Basic payment terms are Net 7 Days. Licenses that are not maintained according to these terms will be blocked from further access to Staffing Backbone. You will receive an invoice upon completion of this registration which shall be due and payable.</p>
                <p><strong>Vendor Management Projects</strong></p>
                <p>Staffing Backbone provides an add-on service to manage large multiple vendor projects where a designated primary vendor (agency) manages multiple subcontractor secondary agencies providing consolidated reporting, order fulfillment, and invoicing. This add-on service is available at an additional transational cost for timesheet transations. Click here for more details on Staffing Backbone VMS features and costs. </p>
                <p><strong>Acceptance</strong></p>
                <p>By accepting these terms and conditions, you will be authorized to register your first Staffing Backbone license and begin your license subject to receipt of your payment. Should you elect to add other licensees for your agency, you will have the opportunity once this initial registration process has been completed.</p>
